It is more than popular these days, in fact it is practically a mantra parrotted by brainless fans and sports casters, that all that matters is the Championship Ring. Kobe or Jordan? Well, Jordan has more rings. Lebron James? Not even in the discussion, he has no rings. So, to be facetious, who is the third greatest NBA player of all time, after Bill Russell (11 rings) and Sam Jones (10 rings)? Is it Tom Heinsohn, K. C.
