Jordan Ayew to start for Ghana against Zambia

Ghana says Jordan Ayew will start against Zambia in the semifinals of the African Cup of Nations in place of Sulley Muntari. Ghana coach Goran Stevanovich has made three changes from the starting lineup that beat Tunisia 2-1 in extra time in the quarterfinals.
